Thank you Marina for this cover from Ukraine featuring three of the four 2007 stamps on the great white pelican (Pelecanus onocrotalus). It resides in southeastern Europe, Asia and Africa. Some populations are migratory. They prefer shallow fresh water where they prey on fish. However, they also eat eggs and chicks of other bird species.
