The European turtle-dove (Streptopelia turtur) is a vulnerable species found in Europe, areas of Asia, the Middle East and areas of Africa where it migrates for the winter. It has four subspecies. It eats mostly seeds and less often berries, small snails, insects and worms. In some countries including Cyprus, it is considered a game bird.
Hello! I am bird stamp collector from Cyprus. I am looking to exchange stamps and covers from all over the world so if you are interested write me at: nasia28292@hotmail.com
